Pasture Raised Eggs

We honestly believe that happy animals produce better and more nutritious food, and this is especially apparent with our pasture raised eggs.

Our hens spend their life exploring the pastures of Acumeen Farm, foraging for bugs, grasses and herbs. They retreat in the evening to their custom built “Eggmobile” which is moved around the farm every couple of days ensuring they have access to fresh pasture.

Compared to conventionally raised eggs, pasture-raised eggs have more vitamin A, E and D, and are lower in cholesterol and saturated fat.

You can prepay here on the website, and eggs can be collected from three locations:

1. The Honesty Box at the farm (V92 EYX5) – collect anytime, just let us know you paid online.
2. The Aqua Dome car park, Tralee – Wednesday evenings from 5 – 6pm.
3. Lynch’s Spar car park, Castlegregory – Sunday mornings from 11am – 1pm.
